Wealthmark requires users to complete identity verification to increase their account security. Please visit How to Complete Identity Verification.
1. You're accessing your account from multiple IP addresses
If you are accessing your Wealthmark account from multiple IP addresses, the system will deem it as “suspicious” and will temporarily suspend withdrawals from your account to protect your assets.
Please contact Wealthmark Support to verify your identity.
2. You haven’t completed face verification
If you haven’t completed the face verification process during identity verification, your withdrawal amount will be limited. Please refer to the limits stated in [Identification].
To increase your withdrawal limit, you can complete the identity verification on the Wealthmark website or app, or contact Wealthmark Support to provide additional information for verification.
3. There are problems with your identity verification
If the information you submitted for identity verification is incomplete, withdrawals will be temporarily suspended from your account.

4. You haven’t enabled two-factor authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is when you protect your account with two factors or locks, creating an additional layer of security, such as passkeys, Wealthmark Authenticator, and SMS verification. You need to activate at least three authentications before you can withdraw funds. You can go to [Profile] - [Security] to enable 2FA.
Wealthmark Know Your Business (KYB) is the due diligence process that identifies and verifies the responsible parties behind corporate users. KYB is designed to filter businesses from fraudulent financial activities such as terrorist financial and money laundering.

The Verification Collaborators function lets you invite related parties to collaborate in the Entity Verification process. For example, you can ask them to provide additional information or upload the required documents. As an account holder If you’re the account holder, you have the authority to invite collaborators and review their submissions. Once all the collaborators have submitted their information, you need to review and verify the accuracy of their submissions. Please note that only the account holder has the final submission authority.
Wealthmark requires all users to complete identity verification to increase their account security and to comply with countries’ regulations. Therefore, you might be asked to re-verify your Wealthmark account from time to time. For example, we require existing users to perform identity verification again after we upgrade our compliance standards to be fully aligned with the latest EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives.
Identity verification plays an important role in account security. With identity verification, Wealthmark can protect your account from potential risks. We have to ensure our identity verification process can keep up to date with the new measures and provide a security framework at a technical level.
Wealthmark also complies with a series of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards, risk prevention, compliance, and the operation of certain activities that have been regulated by the jurisdictions. This can prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and illegal financial crime. In order to retain access to all Wealthmark products and services, all existing EEA countries’ users need to re-verify their Wealthmark accounts with the new identity verification. We will notify users in batches to perform the new verification. Please note that you will only be able to perform the new verification after receiving the notification email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete identity verification. Please complete the verification within the deadline, or your Wealthmark account will be restricted to “Withdrawal Only”. You verified your account before the new EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives standards were implemented; You haven’t submitted your Proof of Address or answered the enhanced due diligence (EDD) questionnaire before; You used the old ID verification vendor to complete the ID verification; Your previous verification does not meet the requirements for the new EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives standards. You will receive an email notification if you’re required to re-verify or submit additional information for your Wealthmark account. Please complete the verification within the deadline or your Wealthmark account will be restricted to “Withdrawal Only”.
You can complete identity verification faster and easier with video identification (VideoIdent). In countries where it's allowed by law, you can confirm your identity with a quick video chat. You can complete this verification online in just a few minutes.
Follow the automated steps in the sign-up process or log in to your Wealthmark account and click [Profile] - [Identification]. Select your country of residence (where you live) and enter your personal information. Select the type of ID document. Take pictures of your ID document. Start the video call. At the end of the video call, enter your mobile number and the code you receive via SMS.
To ensure users' safety and security while using Wealthmark, we are required to comply with tighter Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and collect a Source of Wealth Declaration (SOW) from users residing in certain countries. If you are a resident of the following FATF and EU-listed high-risk countries, you are required to complete the SOW Declaration to access fiat products on Wealthmark.
